Students of PCTE B-School have donated a number of winter-related items to NGOs.

Ludhiana, November 24

Students of PCTE B-School have donated a number of winter-related items to NGOs. During the CSR week, the students collected nearly 1,400 units of woolens, 100 mattresses, 350 blankets and 60 quilts besides stationery items. These were donated to NGOs and orphanages including We Might, an NGO working for the J&K flood victims; Nishkaam Seva Ashram, Pakhowal Road; Jeevan Mukt Nishulk Vidyalaya, BRS Nagar; and the Missionaries of Charity, Jalandhar Bypass.

In the activity, students are divided into teams. The teams work on projects to have hands on experience in branding, designing campaigns, working with financial services & product manufacturing, purchase, sell, negotiate, lead, team play, handle key situations, etc.

NCC Day celebrated

ludhiana, November 24

Atam Devki Niketan, Kidwai Nagar, celebrated NCC Day. NCC 19 Punjab Battalion, Ludhiana, cadets took part in a rally and made posters on the theme of female foeticide. The events were held under the guidance of Col Ranjit Singh. — TNS
