Tourists could be attracted for skiing at the Khuliya Top in Munsiyari. “Besides the track to Khuliya bugyals in Munsiyari, winter tourism could also be developed up to Dhakuri on the Pindari track in Bageshwar and up to the Narayan Ashram in Pithoragarh,” he says.—TNS
