Special chance for PU students

Chandigarh, February 27

Panjab University today decided to give a special chance to all candidates of professional, UG and PG courses who have exhausted all their chances, irrespective of the chances already availed to take re-appear/ compartment/ improvement exams of the performance/deficient subject.

The candidates will have to appear for the special chance to be given during the May/June 2017 examinations.

They will have to appear as per the syllabi to be informed in due course. The exam fee for the special chance would be Rs 10,000 for PG students per class and Rs 5,000 for UG students per class. The last date for submitting forms and fees is April 20 for availing the special chance during the May/June 2017 exams. SC/ST candidates will be granted 50 per cent concession in the exam fees. The candidates appearing under the annual system can fill examination  form offline. Date extended 

The PU today extended the last date for submission of examination form of all UG and PG courses (without and with late fee). — TNS

New schedule for the submission of examination form:

• Without late fee up to 15.3.2017
• With late fee of Rs 2,000 up to 22.3.2017
• With late fee of Rs 6,000 up to 07.4.2017
• With late fee of Rs 11,000 up to 20.4.2017
• With late fee of Rs 22,000 up to 27.4.2017
