Store owner booked for stocking illegal drugs

UNA: Health officials with the help of police recovered 288 capsules of tramadol drug from a medical store at Oel village of Gagret.

UNA, May 25

Health officials with the help of police recovered 288 capsules of tramadol drug from a medical store at Oel village of Gagret. The owner didn’t have any legal documents for keeping the aforementioned drug.

SP Devakar Sharma said, a case under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act had been registered against Raj Kumar, proprietor of Sunny Medical Store and resident of Oel village. There were reports of chemist being involved in the illegal sale of the said drug.
