JALANDHAR: The Sports Department on Tuesday kick started Under-18 games (Boys-Girls) in the district.

The Sports Department on Tuesday kick started Under-18 games (Boys-Girls) in the district. Addressing the gathering after inaugurating the U-18 games (boys and girls) at the local Hansraj Stadium, district Sports Officer Balwinder Singh said the matches of athletics are being played at Sports School, hockey at Government senior secondary School Dhanowali , Football and Handball at DAV college, Volleyball at Sports School, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis, Wrestling at Raizada Hans Raj Stadium, Kho Kho at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Adarsh Nagar , Gymnastic Sports School, Boxing at Sports School, Swimming at Sports School, Weightlifting at Guru Gobind Singh Stadium , Judo at Government Model Senior Secondary School Lodowali Road.—TNS
