Ramgarhia, KSD School make it to semi-final

LUDHIANA: Ramgarhia Senior Secondary School, Miller Ganj, along with Government Senior Secondary School, Dhudike, KSD Senior Secondary School, Lopon, Moga, and Government Senior Secondary School, Buttar, Moga, secured berths in the semi-finals of Giani Bhagat Singh Memorial Hockey Tournament on Friday.

Ludhiana, November 30

Ramgarhia Senior Secondary School, Miller Ganj, along with Government Senior Secondary School, Dhudike, KSD Senior Secondary School, Lopon, Moga, and Government Senior Secondary School, Buttar, Moga, secured berths in the semi-finals of Giani Bhagat Singh Memorial Hockey Tournament on Friday.

Eight teams are participating in this event and this year’s edition has been dedicated to the memory of Jagtar Singh Bhambra, former general secretary, Ramgarhia Educational Council.

Raghbir Singh Sohal was the chief guest during the inaugural ceremony. Ranjodh Singh president and Principal Gurnek Singh were among others present on the occasion.

The semi-finals and final would be played on Saturday.
