LUDHIANA: On the occasion of the International Yoga Day, the Ayurvedic Department of Ludhiana is going to organise an event at Lions Club, Udham Singh Nagar, from 7 am to 8 am on June 21.

On the occasion of the International Yoga Day, the Ayurvedic Department of Ludhiana is going to organise an event at Lions Club, Udham Singh Nagar, from 7 am to 8 am on June 21.

The event will be organised under Mission Tandarust Punjab initiated by the Punjab Government.

While giving this information, District Ayurvedic and Unani Officer Manjeet Singh said: “Yoga is important for good health and when we practice yoga, our mind aligns for the inner peace.”

He also appealed to the city residents to attend this event.
