A Supreme Court-appointed panel, holding inquiry into allegations of “larger conspiracy” to frame CJI Ranjan Gogoi, is likely to submit a report by mid-September.
Sources said Justice AK Patnaik (Retd) examined advocate Utsav S Bains who had made several allegations, including fixing of Benches, in the Supreme Court. The affidavit filed by him and other documents were examined by the panel. — PTI
