Tripura to go to polls on February 18; Meghalaya, Nagaland on 27

NEW DELHI: The Tripura Assembly elections will be held on February 18, whereas Meghalaya and Nagaland will go to polls on February 27. This was stated by Chief Election Commissioner AK Joti.

The term of the Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura legislative assemblies is ending on March 6, March 13 and March 14, respectively.



New Delhi, January 18

The Tripura Assembly elections will be held on February 18, whereas Meghalaya and Nagaland will go to polls on February 27.

This was stated by Chief Election Commissioner AK Joti.

Counting in Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland would be held on March 3, the CEC said.

The term of the Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura legislative assemblies is ending on March 6, March 13 and March 14, respectively.
