To teach micro-management to its halqa incharge, district chiefs, MLAs and candidates of all 13 Parliamentary constituencies for the forthcoming general elections, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and AAP’s Punjab affairs in-charge Manish Sisodia presided over a meeting of state leaders here today.

“We do not have money like other parties, but our workers are our strength. Through micro-management we have set a target of reaching 26 lakh families — two lakh in each constituency — till April 26. Our volunteers will share our policies, development works and the failures of the state government,” Sisodia said.

Those who attended the meeting included state party chief and Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann, Leader of Opposition Harpal Singh Cheema, chairman of Core Committee Principal Buddhram and chairman of party’s campaign committee Aman Arora.

When asked whether the party is not getting the required funds like in the last election, Sisodia said though they had received funds, they were no match to those of the other parties. “We are getting funds, but we cannot match the other parties as they have ill-gotten money while we have only contribution made by our well-wishers,” he said. — TNS
