Khaira: Don’t want AAP’s support for Bibi Khalra

Punjabi Ekta Party (PEP) leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira today rejected the offer of the AAP to extend support to Punjab Democratic Alliance (PDA) candidate from Khadoor Sahib Bibi Paramjit Kaur Khalra in case she was fielded as an Independent candidate.

Khaira was addressing a press conference here today. He is on a daylong tour of the area to address election rallies in favour of Bibi Khalra.

Khaira claimed that in all 13 Lok Sabha seats of the state there was a triangular contest between the Congress, SAD-BJP and the PDA. “AAP is nowhere in the scene and we do not want their support,” he said. — OC
