Muktsar: Two armed robbers looted Rs 13,000 and gold ornaments at gunpoint from two women on Sunday. They allegedly entered their house and took them hostage for two hours. The accused were aware that the house owner had gone to Beas.



Muktsar: Two armed robbers looted Rs 13,000 and gold ornaments at gunpoint from two women on Sunday. They allegedly entered their house and took them hostage for two hours. The accused were aware that the house owner had gone to Beas. They made the women occupants of the house, Manjit Kaur and Virpal Kaur, open the door saying the owner had met with an accident. Thereafter, they took them hostage. Before fleeing, they locked the house from outside. TNS
