Cabinet Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa today said he would not leave the issue of names on the foundation stone of the Kartarpur Sahib corridor and would seek information again.

Randhawa was here to pay homage to Master Gurbanta Singh on his death anniversary. Talking to mediapersons at the sidelines of the event, he said he had sought information from the NHAI, which claimed it had no information.

“I will again put up the case and ask the authorities concerned that why and how the names of Badals were added,” said Randhawa.

Finding the names of former CMParkash Singh Badal and Sukhbir Badal on the foundation stone, the minister had raised an objection.

Sharing development plans on the Kartarpur corridor, Randhawa said the Dera Baba Nanak Development Authority had already been set up and meetings were being held. “The development works and road construction will start soon,” he said.
