Youth shoots himself dead

ABOHAR: Arvind Bishnoi (28) reportedly shot himself dead at his house in Likhamisar village of Hanumangarh on Thursday.

Arvind Bishnoi (28) reportedly shot himself dead at his house in Likhamisar village of Hanumangarh on Thursday.

Bishnoi’s family told the police that after returning from Sriganganagar, he asked his mother to prepare food for him. Suddenly, they heard a bullet shot. Bishnoi’s parents rushed to his room and found him lying on the floor. They shifted him to a private clinic in nearby Peelibanga town, but the doctor declared him brought dead. Bishnoi, who ran a grocery shop in the village, is survived by seven sisters. The cause of suicide is yet to be ascertained. — OC
