70,000 staff opt for VRS: BSNL chief

NEW DELHI: As many as 70,000 employees of BSNL have already opted for the VRS which was launched last week, Chairman and MD of the state-owned telecom corporation PK Purwar said on Monday. In all, nearly 1 lakh employees are eligible for VRS.
