Chandigarh: Omvir Singh, a 2004-batch IPS officer who was posted as IG in Chandigarh, has been transferred to Goa. Raj Kumar Singh, a 2004-batch IPS officer posted in Delhi, has been transferred to Chandigarh. The transfer orders were issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday.
