Chandigarh: The city on Thursday reported one new Covid-19 case, taking the case tally to 65,295. The death toll remained at 820. The number of active cases has fallen to 32 as six more patients were cured of the disease in the past 24 hours. —TNS

7 cases surface in Mohali dist

Mohali: Seven fresh Covid cases were reported from the district during the past 24 hours, taking the tally to 68,772. No fresh death due to the virus was reported. Among the new cases, one was reported from Boothgarh, two from Kharar and four from Mohali (urban). —TNS

Just one Covid case in Panchkula

Panchkula: The district reported just one fresh coronavirus case on Thursday, taking the overall tally to 30,746. The toll remained at 378. While 30,361 people have recovered from the infectious disease so far, seven cases are still active. The recovery rate stands at 98.74 per cent. —TNS
