Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula

Teacher’s Day was celebrated with fervour at Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula. The event was presided over by founder chairman of school Kulwant Singh, chief secretary, Haryana. Music Department organised bhajan and shabad on the occasion to pay homage to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Teachers presented a power packed giddha. 

KB DAV, Sector 7-B, Chandigarh

Chandigarh: Around 120 teachers, including non-teaching staff of KB DAV, Sector 7-B, Chandigarh, celebrated Teacher’s Day at Barbeque Nation. The event was graced by founder Principal Madhu Bahl. The staff members played various games, including tambola and Khela-ka-Jhamela. Principal Pooja Prakash extended warm wishes to the staff and lauded them for their extraordinary initiative, sincerity, commitment and devotion towards their duty. In the end,, the staff enjoyed snacks followed by lunch.   

Ashiana Public-46, Chandigarh

Teacher’s Day was celebrated by Ashiana Public School, Sector 46, and Toddlers Ashiana, Sector 9, with fun and enthusiasm at Hotel Western Court, Chandigarh. School director Lalita Prakash and Principal Monika Sharma thanked the faculty for their relentless efforts in shaping future of India.
