MOHALI: “There is need of hour that the new generation should be given the education based on morality and ethics,” said Vijay Sampla, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, here on Tuesday.

“There is need of hour that the new generation should be given the education based on morality and ethics,” said Vijay Sampla, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, here on Tuesday.

Sampla was in the town to inaugurate the new building of Kendriya Vidyalaya in Sector 80 here. Sampla was accompanied by MP Prem Singh Chandumajra. “It’s the duty of teachers to imbibe moral values in children. Apart from studies, they should also be taught to value relations and humanity to strengthen society,” said Sampla. — TNS
