Apollo Hospitals launched seven new super specialty services at its hospital here on Wednesday. The aim of the hospital is to provide access to healthcare of international standards at affordable prices, doctors said.
The new services include orthopaedics, general and laparoscopy surgery, fertility, cosmetic surgery, breast surgery, urology and bariatric surgery. In 2017, the hospital started obstetrics, gynaecology and paediatric departments, said Sangita Reddy, joint managing director, Apollo Group of Hospitals.
She said the launch of these departments was in line with the group’s vision to deliver world class patient treatment and strengthen presence across the country.
Neeraj Garg, CEO, Apollo Health and Lifestyle said, “We have been getting a lot of patients from Punjab and Kashmir at our existing hospital demanding treatment of multiple ailments and diseases.”
