AMRITSAR: The Indian Institute of Management-Amritsar organised a Human Resource (HR) conclave- Yukti’18 on Saturday.

The Indian Institute of Management-Amritsar organised a Human Resource (HR) conclave- Yukti’18 on Saturday.

The conclave witnessed well-known HR experts from various industries across the country having a perceptive discussions on different aspects of human resource.

The theme of the first discussion was ‘Challenges with people analytics in the era of digital HR’, and for the second discussion was HR Artistry – Developing an inspired workforce through artful HR.

The panel discussed the importance of employees as a lever for sustainability, the pace of digitisation and the new road most of the firms have undertaken. They provided fascinating details about the different pillars of people analytics, which could be integrated with the spate of information available in the real world.
