A six-day workshop on 'Role of Yoga In Different Aspects' started at Government College of Yoga Education & Health, Sector 23, here on Monday.
On the opening day of the worship, the importance of mantra and nada yoga was taught to the participants. The workshop is being conducted by Anupma and Dr. Gunanidhi. Around 90 members are participating in this workshop. Earlier, the workshop was inaugurated by Dr Mahender Singh, Joint Director (Sports) and principal of the college. He also explained the importance of conducting such workshops in the college to break the monotone of regular yoga classes.
