Chandigarh: The city recorded four fresh cases of coronavirus on Thursday and no death due to the virus. Meanwhile, two more patients got the better of the disease in the past 24 hours. — TNS

Two infected in Panchkula

Panchkula: The district reported two fresh Covid-19 cases on Thursday, taking the tally to 30,710. The Covid toll remained at 377. While 30,315 patients have been cured of the infectious disease so far, 18 cases are active. — TNS

Eight test positive in Mohali district

mohali: Eight more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, taking the total tally to 68,687. Meanwhile, no death was reported from the district till Thursday evening while one patient got the better of the disease. Among the new cases, one each came from Dera Bassi and Gharuan, two from Kharar and four from Dhakoli. No case was reported from Mohali, Lalru, Kurali, Boothgarh and Banur.

The district has seen 67,577 recoveries so far. — TNS
