No new case, death in Panchkula dist

Panchkula: The district reported no fresh Covid case on Monday, keeping the overall tally unchanged at 30,641. No death was reported. The Covid toll remained at 376. So far, 30,259 patients have recovered from the infectious disease. The district is left with just six active cases. The recovery rate stands at 98.75 per cent. TNS

2 found infected in Mohali, no fatality

Mohali: For the second consecutive day, two persons were found infected with the virus in the district, taking the case tally to 68,459. No fresh death was reported, while six patients recovered from the disease. One case each surfaced in Mohali (urban) and Dera Bassi. Of the 68,459 positive cases reported so far, 67,364 patients have been cured. There are now 38 active cases in the district. The death toll stands at 1,057. TNS
