New Delhi, April 22

Sitting BJP MP from Northwest Delhi today tweeted to the party's national president, Amit Shah, for not being given ticket so far though today is second last day of nominations.

Raj tweeted, "Amit Shah ji I tried a number of times to have words with you. SMS was also sent. I tried to contact Prime Minister Narendra Modi too. Manoj Tiwari ji assured that I will be the party candidate. I tried to contact Sitharaman ji. But it could be possible. I talked to Arun Jaitley ji (sic)."

He said, "Why party is not giving ticket to me. I have done good work. Is the party anti-Dalit? Who is the biggest Dalit leader other than me in the country? My personal power is equal to the power of all candidates." "At the end I believe from BJP4India that it will not ditch Dalits (sic)," he tweeted. — TNS
