Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya on Sunday visited the historical Kala Amb war memorial and said it was the responsibility of all of us to preserve it.

Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya on Sunday visited the historical Kala Amb war memorial and said it was the responsibility of all of us to preserve it.

Dattatreya paid tributes to the martyrs by laying flowers at the memorial. DC Sushil Kumar Sarwan welcomed the Governor on his arrival at Kala Amb. Historian Ramesh Puhal and Rajesh Goyal, secretary of the Yodha Smarak Samiti, provided historical information to the Governor about the place. Puhal also presented books to the Governor at the programme.

Dattatreya said the history of India was full of struggle and Kala Amb was a historical place. We should remember those who had given super sacrifices to save and protect the freedom and culture of our country, the Governor said.
