The Cyberabad Police have seized three SUVs, a revolver and Rs60 lakh from the residence of fraudster Radhey Shyam, a resident of Sishwal village, who operated multi-level marketing firm Future Maker Life Care Private Limited during its search operations here.

Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar said here on Friday that the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Cyberabad Police had intensified the investigation in Future Maker Life Care Pvt Ltd (FMLC) fraud case. The police said the company had collected Rs3,000 crore across the country. The police had collected data of the accused who were involved in the case.

They seized Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavor, Jaguar, four laptops and six mobile phones, Rs60 lakh, a revolver (with 10 rounds) from Radhey Shyam’s residence in Hisar.

They had duped about 60 lakh people of Rs3,000 crore by online and offline marketing chain. The victims are mostly from Haryana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Odisha and from Telugu states.

The police said that Radhey Shyam had worked with the RCM (Right Concept Marketing) company for six years. He later joined hands with one Bhansilal who had worked as a compounder in hospital at that time. They hatched a plan to cheat people in the name of health products and multi-level marketing.

“The money Circulation Scheme was there aim. They floated a scheme which is a binary system. This involves two members of the binary system (1: 2). One member in the team had to join two others and the chain continues. In this pyramid system only the persons who are on the top of the chain will make money,” the Commissioner said.
