Residents rue staff shortage in school

CHAMBA: Resentment prevails among residents about the dearth of teaching staff at Government Senior Secondary School at Kohal in the Surangani area of the district, a report said here on Tuesday.

Resentment prevails among residents about the dearth of teaching staff at Government Senior Secondary School at Kohal in the Surangani area of the district, a report said here on Tuesday.

The report revealed that the residents of the area had written to the state government for filling up the vacant posts of teachers and other staff members in the school so that the studies of the students were not affected.

Due to the shortage of staff, the future of students was at stake, the report observed.
