The NSS unit of Government Senior Secondary School, Totu, celebrated the National Unity Day on the 145th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. On this occasion, with the help of Bharti Foundation, online painting and essay writing competitions were held for students. In the painting competition, Dhananjay bagged the first position while Aarti and Swati jointly won the second. In the essay writing competition, Moskhita won and Akhil took the second spot. Principal Kavita Sharma made students take an oath of national unity on the occasion.

National Unity Day celebrated

The Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat Clubs of Wazir Ram Singh Govt. College, Dehri (Nurpur), and Farook College Autonomous, Kozhikode, and Mar Ivanios College, Thiruvananthapuram, jointly celebrated the National Unity Day, commemorating the 145th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel through an online interaction of students. EBSB coordinator of Mar Ivanios College, Dr Sony George, welcomed all participants with a brief introduction about the history of this day. Mar Ivanios College principal Dr George KI shared his thoughts on this special occasion.

Physical efficiency test on Nov 4

Physical efficiency test for admission to physical education in the Himachal Pradesh University will be held on November 4. All candidates are required to report at university grounds at 9 am with a bonafide certificate. The in-service candidates will need to bring an NOC as well.
