Jalandhar: Covid cases continue to rise in the district, as in the past one week, over 100 cases are being reported on a daily basis. On Thursday, while three more succumbed to the virus, 157 people were found infected with the virus. The Covid tally reached 3,635 and the total fatalities now stands at 92. The cases were majorly reported from areas including Nurmahal, Loharan, Jamsher Khas, Lidhran, New Ravidas Nagar, Nandanpur, Sarih Nakodar village, Shahkot, Seth Hukum Chand colony, Civil Lines, Basti Sheikh, Subhash Nagar and others.
