JDA to auction 40 residential plots

Prodding an opportunity to Hoshiarpur residents to have property at key locations at affordable prices, the Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) is set to auction 40 residential plots in Hoshiarpur.

Divulging the details, Chief Administrator of Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) Jitendra Jorwal said: “The authority has called for auction of 40 residential plots in Hoshiarpur. The auction of these sites started from June 25 and will continue till July 22.”

The CA said detailed information regarding these prime properties could be taken from website www.puda.gov.in. He said the civic body was expecting massive response from people, as these properties were situated at prime locations in the city.

Jorwal said keeping in view the prevailing situation in the market, the prices of these properties have been fixed at affordable rates. Meanwhile, he said any person desirous of availing the benefits of this centre for applying for e-auction could approach their office during the working hours. He said the officers/ officials of the authority were duty-bound to facilitate people for their work.
