The University of Sheffield , UK,  is inviting applications for its new MSc Solar Cell Technology course starting in September 2019.

The course: The course is designed to train physical science and engineering graduates to develop new photovoltaic devices and test their effectiveness as a global energy resource. 

Eligibility: A 2:1 honours degree in physics, materials science, physical chemistry, electrical engineering or a related subject. Applicants with relevant work experience and good academic potential are also encouraged to apply.

Overall IELTS grade of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent.

Fee: The annual fee for overseas students is £22,600 for 2019.

PhD degree 

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar, invites applications for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme offered in various disciplines for the session 2019.

Eligibility: At least 55 per cent marks or 5.5 CPI marks in MA/ MSc/ BTech/ MTech or equivalent degree in appropriate branches. 
The disciplines may use higher cut-off levels for short listing besides giving due consideration to the way questions are answered in the application form.

National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, is inviting applications for admission to its Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme for the academic year 2019-21.

Eligibility: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with not less than 60 per cent marks or CGPA of at least 6.5 in the 0-10 scale grading system, taking into account the marks scored in all subjects of all the university exams conducted during the entire prescribed period of the degree programme.

Indian Institute of Management Indore invites application for PostGraduate Certificate Programme in Finance (PGCPF) for the academic year 2019.
