743 examined at dental camp

KHANNA: On the concluding day of the 31st dental fortnight, Dr Rajinder Gulati, Senior Medical Officer at the Khanna Civil Hospital, distributed 20 dentures for free among the poor and needy patients.

On the concluding day of the 31st dental fortnight, Dr Rajinder Gulati, Senior Medical Officer at the Khanna Civil Hospital, distributed 20 dentures for free among the poor and needy patients.

Dr Gulati said about 743 patients were examined by dentists Dr Rajneet Bains and Dr Ramandeep Kaur during the fortnight.

Dr Bains said 104 extractions of eroded tooth, 105 restorations, 21 RCTs, six scaling and 122 dental x-rays were done for free of cost during the past 15 days. Dental hygienist Parveen Bala gave tips to the patients on dental hygiene.
