Ludhiana: A five-day faculty development programme on ‘Augmented reality/Virtual reality’ sponsored by ATAL Academy, New Delhi, was inaugurated at the GNDEC, Ludhiana. The programme at was inaugurated by Sehijpal Singh, Principal, GNDEC, Ludhiana. He said virtual reality can be used to enhance student learning and engagement. Kiran Jyoti, Head, IT Department, spoke about how virtual reality helps students discover how the software can be used in other fields such as medicine, entertainment, and fashion among others.
