Hosts GNIPS boys emerge winners in kabaddi tourney

LUDHIANA: Guru Nanak International Public School, Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, proved its supremacy by winning the Ludhiana Sahodaya Schools Complex (Central Zone) Kabaddi Tournament for Boys (U-17) here on Saturday.

Ludhiana, December 22

Guru Nanak International Public School, Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, proved its supremacy by winning the Ludhiana Sahodaya Schools Complex (Central Zone) Kabaddi Tournament for Boys (U-17) here on Saturday.

Teams from seven schools, falling under the central zone, vied for top honours in the tournament held at Guru Nanak International Public School, BRS Nagar.

Green Land Convent School, Dugri, secured the second position while Guru Gobind Public School, Daad, finished at the third place.

Principal Bhupinderjit Kaur Bedi declared the tournament open.
