Info on key locations: Ludhiana MC plans to launch mobile app

Ludhiana, September 14

The Municipal Corporation is planning to launch a mobile application providing information regarding facilities being provided by various government departments and important locations in the city. A private firm gave a presentation to MC Commissioner Pardeep Kumar Sabharwal and officials on Tuesday in this regard.

It is learnt that the app would provide all important information regarding locations, hotels, industries, public toilets and various services being provided by government departments, including the MC, Health Department and police. According to officials, the company has given a proposal to the MC to develop the app.

MC Commissioner Pardeep Kumar Sabharwal said: “We have conducted a discussion with a firm regarding the mobile application today. We will look into the proposal given by the company.”
