Ludhiana, July 18
After a picture emerged of some men pushing wall of the Government Primary School, Kucha No. 16 Field Ganj, which collapsed, a few days ago, doubts have emerged whether the wall was felled purposely, instead of crumbling after rainfall.
In the picture, it can be seen that some men are pushing the wall, while some onlookers are watching them do so.
Deputy DEO (primary) Kuldeep Saini said an inquiry will be conducted and if needed a police complaint against unidentified persons will also be lodged in the matter.
