NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police have registered a case against video blogger Avi Dandiya for publishing a fake audio clip about the Pulwama terror attack claiming that it had the voice of Union Minister Rajnath Singh.

The Delhi Police have registered a case against video blogger Avi Dandiya for publishing a fake audio clip about the Pulwama terror attack claiming that it had the voice of Union Minister Rajnath Singh.

According ACP Alok Mittal, “We have registered an FIR against Avi Dandiya under IPC’s Sections 465 and 469 after he had published a fake video claiming it to be a conversation between Home Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP president Amit Shah and an unidentified woman.”

In the video, it could be heard that three people discussing a ‘plot’ for the terror attack which claimed the lives of 44 CRPF soldiers on February 14, he added. However, the audio clip turned out to be fake.
