Patiala, September 14

Vinay Goyal, a Class XII student of Yadavindra Public School, here is transforming the lives of differently abled persons and unemployed youth by finding them meaningful employment.

Goyal is the co-founder of The Advantage India. The platform provides financial stability to people and promotes social welfare and economic equality.

Goyal through persistent cold emails, relentless phone calls and innumerable visits joined hands with 15 nationwide foundations and 16 companies, connecting 5,400 plus differently abled candidates to jobs across the country.

Partnering with the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET), The Advantage India created sheltered employment opportunities for differently abled people in remote locations.

Along with the NABET and American Indian Foundation (AIF), The Advantage India provided vocational training opportunities to over 100 differently abled underprivileged candidates.

Advantage India’s concept of starting career classes and an expressive arts programme for differently abled people broke the mental barriers of recruitment managers and helped many of the candidates to demonstrate their capabilities, said Goyal.
