No matter how vociferously we might claim to have a scientific bent of mind, we, at times, do believe in superstition. Khatre Da Ghuggu, an upcoming Pollywood movie, starring Jordan Sandhu, Diljott and B N Sharma in the lead roles, challenges the same.
Talking about the film, Jordan says, “I am playing Fateh, who is an RJ and a struggling singer. It will be an entertaining movie, which highlights the human tendency to find shortcuts to success when nothing works.”
Diljott adds, “BN Sharma sir is more of a protagonist in the film. The story revolves around him and also highlights the father-daughter relation.” Diljott describes her character as, “Meet is open-minded, objective and loving. I try to get into the skin of my role and for this one, I went on to observe women, who work as a property consultant as I am playing one in the movie.”
About the title, Khatre Da Ghuggu, it means alarm or siren of danger. Last seen in Gidarh Singhi, Jordan has plans for 2020, “My entire focus is on singing, which I feel was sidetracked because of films. I am planning my debut album in April and my song Mashoor Ho Gaya will release next week.” The Teeje Week fame singer says it is a musical year for him.
On the other hand, Diljott says that she is about to make her entry into Bollywood industry as she has signed a movie as a lead and she is happy about it .
Khatre Da Ghuggu is directed by Shivtar Shiv and produced by Aman Cheema. There are six songs which are written by Bunty Bains. The music is composed by Davvy Singh. Sardool Sikandar, Ranjit Bawa, Jordan Sandhu and Gulrez Akhtar have sung those songs.
