BSF nabs Pakistani intruder in Amritsar sector

Amritsar, March 7

The BSF has apprehended a Pakistan national loitering near the border falling under the Amritsar sector.

On the evening of March 6, BSF troops observed suspected movement of a person in the Indian territory, ahead of the border fence. The troops on duty immediately challenged and caught hold of him as he tried to escape towards the other side of the border.

Upon questioning, the apprehended person revealed himself to be a Pakistani national. One mobile phone, Rs 570 (Pak currency), a wrist watch, one earphone and 3 Pak national identity cards were seized from him.
