Bathinda, May 12

SAD candidate Harsimrat Kaur Badal and Punjab Democratic Alliance’s Sukhpal Singh Khaira today accused Congress nominee Amrinder Singh Raja Warring of trying to create communal tension in the Bathinda constituency.

Addressing a public meeting in Budhlada today, Harsimrat said, “Warring delivered a communal speech at Budhladha a few days ago when he referred to sufferings of one community during the period of terrorism. But despite his hate speech, no action has been taken against him. The EC should book Warring for trying to incite violence.”

Khaira too accused Warring of trying to disturb the communal harmony in the state by creating a wedge between Hindus and Sikhs.
