Chandigarh, May 3

On the second day of the changed office timings in Punjab on Wednesday, only two ministers - Dr Baljit Kaur and Chetan Singh Jouramajra - reached office on time.

No other minister was present in the Punjab Secretariat.

While most employees reached office on time, officers kept arriving till 8.15 am.
