Punjab and Haryana High Court grants interim relief to former Punjab DGP Sumedh Saini

Chandigarh, September 23

Former Punjab DGP Sumedh Singh Saini filed an application before the Punjab and Haryana High Court for a week's notice in any case pertaining to the period he was the vigilance head, I. G. Intelligence and DGP.

Interim relief was given on the application by the court on Wednesday. The case has now been fixed for October 8 for a reply of the application by the State.
