CHANDIGARH: In a hard-line match, city girls defeated Karnataka to claim the third spot in the match of the (U-14) category on the concluding day of the 60th School National Netball Championship in Ghaziabad today.

In a hard-line match, city girls defeated Karnataka to claim the third spot in the match of the (U-14) category on the concluding day of the 60th School National Netball Championship in Ghaziabad today. The team defeated Karnatka by 15-10.

Teams from 14 states participated in the championship. The membersof the winning team included Jigyasha (captain), Sejal (vice-captain), Saveena, Kajal, Jyoti, Oasin, Preety, Arju, Gurvir Kaur, Chetna, Ishita, Gunjan, Dr GP Pal (manager) and Harmesh Devi (coach).
