Prize distribution

Ludhiana: St GDS Convent School organised the annual sports day and prize distribution function. Students took part in different races. Tiny Tots took part in banana race and musical chair. Teachers participated in the tug-of-war event. Winners were awarded with trophies and certificates. Students who excelled in other activities, including academics, were also felicitated.

Annual day

GMT International Public School celebrated its annual function Taal—2014. Students took part in various cultural items. Principal Kritika Seth addressed the parents and motivated them to spend quality time with children. School headboy Sanjay read the school report. Meritorious students besides those who excelled in various other fields were felicitated.

Christmas celebrations

Blossoms Convent School celebrated Christmas in its junior wing. Children came dressed up as Santa Claus and fairies. After cake-cutting ceremony, children greeted each other with “Merry Christmas”. They also danced to the tune of “Jingle Bell”. The kindergarten block was decorated with a Christmas tree. — TNS
