Chandigarh, November 23

A 13-year-old girl got seven-month pregnant after being raped by her elder brother, who is 14 years old, at a rehabilitation colony in Chandigarh. The juvenile has been apprehended and sent to a juvenile home.

The victim today recorded her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC before the magistrate. The custody of the girl was given to her father, who is a tea vendor.
