Chandigarh: Dr RK Jaswal, Director, Cardiology, Fortis Hospital, Mohali, has been invited to speak at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) symposium in San Francisco, USA, from September 24 to 29 in the category of most-challenging cases. Dr Jaswal would be speaking about a case of highly calcified arteries in an 80-year-old diabetic patient, who was ill due to dissection of the main artery of the heart. Entire coronary arterial tree was reconstructed with four stents after modifying the stony hard calcified arteries with rotablation. — TNS
