A two-day international conference on the topic, “War Literature: Revisioning Across Genres”, organised by Government Mohindra College, Patiala in collaboration with the Society for Academic Research concluded here today.
Punjabi University Vice-Chancellor BS Ghuman, who was the chief guest on the occasion, said, “War is neither a solution nor an alternative to any problem. Humans indulge in wars only for their selfish motives.”
He said the literature and its reinterpretation gave the message of peace. — TNS
