Man killed as truck, canter collide

Patiala, October 20

A man was killed after a truck driver rammed his vehicle into the former’s canter in Shambhu here. 

The deceased has been identified as Kuldeep Kumar. In his complaint to the police, Des Raj, Kuldeep’s father, alleged that his son was on his way to Chamaru village when a truck driver hit his canter.

The police have registered a case against the unidentified driver of the truck under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. — TNS
